I've been posting shows w/o mp3. Trying to respect the wishes of the taper. The .txt file clearly says not to do it. Is there any general consensus on this? I have no deep need to disallow mp3 myself...

This has been discussed so much, I don't want to start off another thread on this. But in general, it is nice of you to respect the wishes of the taper in the text file. Not doing so would probably just make the taper angry, and possibly cause him or her to contact the Archive asking for the shows to be removed entirely.

It's unfortunate though, and I've seen many tapers reverse their stance in the last six months or so. Having the MP3 files is great for so many reasons, not the least of which is the ability to stream
